Not Safe for Work

Procedure

  • After filling out the commission form, you will be contacted through the social media site/s you have provided.

  • You will be placed on the Trello wait list. Once it is your turn, I will contact you for payment.

  • If you have your own model and it is approved for use, we proceed to making the render.

  • If you are making a new model, I will ask for reference photos of your character in the character creation screen, and for links to the mods you have used. Please ensure that the name of the slider options are in your photos.

  • I only have a limited amount of time to work on your model and your render. If you have very specific requirements for body shape, hair color, amongst other things, please be precise and give me body references from IRL photos (not 2D art, as artistic style varies a lot) and hex codes for colors. This will save us both a lot of time.

  • For non Baldur's Gate 3 models, any clear references are acceptable.

  • I will also ask for reference photos for your pose and scenery. Inspirational photos and mood boards are also welcome!

  • Once work begins, I will send over a screenshot of the Blender model, and then the Daz model, whichever applies, for your perusal and approval.

  • Once the models are approved I shall begin creating the scene. You will be given two revisions: one for the rough pose stage and one for the final preview.

  • I will only allow one minor re-pose and one minor outfit change, and only in the rough posing stage.

  • Once the final preview is approved I shall render the scene. No edits can be made afterwards without an additional fee.

  • If you want a print of your commission (or of another render) please let me know and I can upload it to my Redbubble shop for your convenience.

Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me and availing of my services, you are agreeing to these terms and refund policy. Please read carefully.Last edited 16th of October, 2025

  • I reserve the right to refuse commissions and/or cancel any ongoing commissions for any reason. No refunds will be given if I cancel your commission, unless it is for personal/irl issues.

  • I reserve the right to work at my own pace and to do personal pieces in between commissions as long as I am within the time frame allotted for finishing your commission.

  • I reserve the right to limit the number of revisions for models/scenes, even with additional compensation offered. The nature of 3D art and the programs I use make a direct 1:1 match with in-game impossible, and I will not be ceaselessly pursuing a goal we cannot achieve.

  • Commissions will be worked on mostly in the order of payment, but I reserve the right to work on them in the order I feel best optimizes my workflow. For instance, less complex pieces might be worked on first.

  • The customer has to be at least eighteen years of age. If I suspect you of being a minor I reserve the right to ask for legal proof of age.

  • My commission prices and terms of service are subject to change at any time.

  • Prices may increase due to the complexity of the model/clothing/scene at any point of the commission process.

  • Any revisions past the number noted in 'Procedure' will incur additional fees.

  • Payment will be through Paypal, Ko-fi or Venmo.

  • The client will have 48 hours to pay once I have sent over my payment details, unless we have discussed otherwise. If nothing has been sent after the time period your commission will be automatically cancelled. Re-registering after the fact will put you at the bottom of the queue.

  • If you have a deadline, we can arrange for a rush fee of $100. However, please contact me first as the availability of this would depend on my current circumstances (i.e. I may be traveling).

  • In order to give you the best product, please give me clear reference photos for your character, pose and scene, especially if you have a specific vision in mind. I cannot do repeated re-posing, refitting, and remaking of models and scenes for your perusal. Please understand that my time per commission is a set number of hours. Come to me with a firm idea of what you want, whether it be a specific pose, or an idea that you'd like me to put a more personal touch on. However, if you would like to entrust me with creative freedom, it is highly appreciated, with the understanding that edits are limited once I begin working on your commission.

  • Clothing and sets are limited by what is available online. I am not offering modeling clothing and props from scratch in commissions. If you have a very specific idea of what you want, please come to me with the 3D model and we can acquire it.

  • I may be required to purchase an asset/model for your render. In such situations the cost will be added onto your commission price.

  • In cases where you cannot decide on a scene, I recommend purchasing a skeb/surprise commission instead!

  • I will try to match the pose to your reference but the camera angle and some positions of body parts will vary.

  • If the customer has a model they want me to use, I will gladly use it. The model will undergo some correction and touch-ups to match with my aesthetic and my models. However, if the quality is not up to standard and revisions past my basic touch-ups are required to make it look on par with the general quality of my models and work, I will recommend a remake of the model by me. This can be refused by the customer but the potential subpar quality of the overall final product will not be my responsibility. This is especially pertinent to models with higher degrees of specificity or modification, as control is tantamount to delivering the correct physics and look, and the best way for me to have this level of control is by using my own models.

  • In order for mods to be used in your models/commission, permission from the modder must be obtained.

  • I'll do my best to finish your commission in a timely manner, but please give me approximately 12 weeks from when I begin working on your commission as a general time frame for turnover. Work will begin after payment is received. If any delays happen, I will communicate it with you.

  • I retain full ownership and copyright to the artwork and models created. Please feel free to post the watermarked version of your commission (with credit) and/or create prints and/or other items with it, as long as you do not profit from it.

  • Using my art to train generative AI or reference material for any AI is prohibited. This includes using it as a profile photo for AI chatbots.

  • Your commission may be posted by me on my social media accounts and Patreon unless you specifically request to keep it private. Anonymous commissions (where I post the work but not name the client) is also an option.

  • I reserve the right to refuse to post a commission for any reason whatsoever.

  • Any edits to the final work after I submit it to the customer is not allowed and will constitute a ban from future commissions if found.

  • Please respond within a timely manner whilst I am working on your commission. Extended silence on your end will only cause your commission to be pushed back.

  • For Astarion renders, I shall be using a different model from my personal model. Thank you for understanding!

  • There may be limits to the background, props, and clothing, and if I am unable to do it myself I can refer you to a ripper to extract the assets we need!

  • Refunds can only be made before I begin work.

  • I can be contacted through Twitter, Bluesky, and Tumblr. We can then connect via Discord.

  • Any violation of my terms and conditions will warrant a cancellation of your commission, a block and an inclusion into my blacklist.

Will do's and Won't do's

  • I am open for most fandoms, scenarios and NPCs. Contact me for specifics if you have an idea which you feel requires further clarification.

  • I am open to most kinks, except for anything underage.

  • I reserve the right to decline any scenario that makes me uncomfortable.

  • I most often do Baldur's Gate 3, Love and Deepspace, Fallout, and Dragon Age: The Veilguard renders, although I am open to other fandoms!

  • If you have any questions regarding anything, please feel free to reach out!

Porting / Model Creation

  • The final piece will be created and rendered in Daz Studio. However, in order to create your character in Daz Studio, I also need a Blender model of your character to port.

  • If you already have a Blender file of your character, please give me a copy of the .blend file. I am usually able to use third party Blender models, unless there has been significant amounts of modification and/or it does not meet the standard.

  • If your model is approved, proceed to the 'Porting from Blender to Daz Studio' section of this page.

  • If you already have a Daz Studio model of your character, then there is no need for porting fees unless modification is requested by you and/or your model does not meet the standard and extensive reworking is required.

  • If you have a 3D model of the character in question, but not in .blend format, please reach out and we can discuss.

  • If your character is an NPC, we can discuss acquisition of the 3D files. Charges here would depend on the circumstances.

  • Prices may increase, depending on complexity of your model and outfit.

  • Disclaimer: Models made in Blender and in Daz Studios will not match the in-game shading exactly. The game, Blender, and Daz Studios all have their own rendering engine, and their own shader systems. The model used in Daz Studios is also not the in-game model. A lot of how your model is made is down to artistic interpretation and the artist's judgment.

  • On Custom Models and Outfits/Props - I can create custom models from scratch. It will cost significantly more, due to the complexity and amount of time needed. These models will also be optimized for use in Daz. Final prices for custom work will not be fully computed until the job is done. An estimate will be given at the start and down payment required. For custom outfits, the price is likely to be even higher than for custom models because of the detailing work needed. At this moment I have more confidence in making models than outfits/props, so I would suggest asking someone who specializes in making these assets (perhaps people who create clothing mods) for them.

Porting from Game to Blender
$25

  • Your character will be assembled in Blender. The final product is a .blend file

  • While I will use this .blend file to create the DazStudio model, this model can be provided to you upon request so you can use it with other artists. I only request for credit once it is posted.

  • If you already have a .blend file of your character and/or outfit, we can proceed to the next step.

  • An additional price of $5 per mod will be charged.

  • A base model includes one body mesh and texture, one hair mesh and texture, one scalp mesh and texture, and one set of accessories from the game. A complexity charge of $5 per appendage/mesh applies for more complicated models (ex. tieflings) or additional parts (ex. alternative hairs)

  • Customizations outside of what the mods do are possible, with limits. We can discuss this before purchase.

  • For non-BG3 models: I can refer you to another artist who can provide us with a .blend file of your character. We can also find one online, if there are any available.

  • Outfits begin at $10 per mesh/piece. An additional price of $5 per mod will be charged.

Porting from Blender to Daz Studio
$55

  • Your character will be ported into Daz Studio. This step creates a Genesis 9 model for Daz Studio, which I will use to create your rendered scene.

  • The Daz Studio model will not be available for distribution, and can only be used by me for your commissions.

  • Price may increase depending on the complexity of your character (extra appendages, tails, etc.). If rigging is required (for some appendages like hairs and tails) additional fees also apply.

  • Customization is available for Daz Studio for bodies and faces, with limits. We can discuss this further before purchase.

  • Rooks: Because of the nature of Dragon Age: The Veilguard's character creator, customizations are mandatory and the process is far more complex than for a Tav/Durge. Prices will start at $65.

  • For non-BG3 models: Prices start at the same price ($55) but it would depend on the specific game and specific situation.

  • Outfits start at $15 per mesh/piece.

  • For Love and Deepspace Outfit Ports: Prices begin at $30 per mesh/piece.

Double Exposure Commissions

  • Double Exposure commissions are a collaborative commission experience! These commissions are a little more flexible with regards to time as I aim to match my delivery with my collab partner's.

  • If you are on my wait list and would like to switch to this type of commission, please feel free to let me know.

  • Double Exposure commissions converted from regular or skeb commissions previously on my wait list are given priority.

  • Options other than the above (for example, a YCH and a regular render, or two skeb renders) are possible - please contact us!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is 3D art, exactly?
3D art, at core, is a multidisciplinary craft, and often used in the film and gaming industry. Examples of disciplines used include model/character/asset creation, modeling/sculpting, texture painting, rigging, UV editing or retrotopology, and animating, amongst other things. Each 3D artist delves into these disciplines in varying degrees in order to achieve their goals. Other fields such as lighting and photography also play a huge role in a 3D artist's arsenal.
In the context of fanart, however, 3D art or rendering is mainly the act creating a scene in a 3D program by creating/acquiring, posing, and placing models in a scene in a 3D program. This way you create scenes, animation, and art pieces!
What does model creation mean?
Model creation is the process of assembling your character in my program of choice. This can also be creating clothes or props for your scene.
Why do I need a Blender model to make a Daz model?
A Blender model is required for me to create your Daz model (that I use for the final render) because the Blender model serves as the source of everything and is essentially an assembly of things I have taken from the game.
Why do you not give out your models or do model extraction commissions?
My Blender models are available for distribution!
Not distributing my Daz models is a personal choice that was brought on by previous bad experiences in said area. I have previously given out models and have encountered less than ideal situations with them.
If you want a model you can possess, you can simply hire a porter to create it and bring it to me!
Why do you have a limited number of revisions? Why do I need to respond promptly when commissioning you?
When I do commissions, I work on an allotted number of hours. This way, I ensure that I can provide a level of work that I am confident in, and can also give all my clients a reasonable wait time. Revisions drag that on, causing delays that ripple through my wait list, extending the wait times for others.
I work on commissions one at a time so as to devote full attention to it. As a result I am hoping for quick responses so that I can finish in a timely manner and get to everyone fast!
Why does my model not match in-game 1:1?
The in-game engine and shaders do not match Blender's, and Blender's does not match Daz's. At every step, some tweaking by eye is required. Additionally, colors will differ between different devices with different screen brands, sizes, and settings, making it impossible to achieve 100% fidelity.
Another added complication is that Daz models have a slightly different look to them, a more “realistic” feel that sometimes may not be what you are aiming for!
Why do you not port sets from the game?
Porting sets is a very time-consuming process. I do not offer it at this time as I am trying to streamline my workflow and get to everyone in a timely manner. In-game meshes are also unfortunately of a lower quality than I prefer, and require a lot of work to bring up to scratch.
That being said, I am not against using premade in-game sets. We can always find a third party person to port them!
What are your no-no's?
Anything illegal and underage. Other than that, I am flexible but will tell you if I cannot handle the material.
What is your average turnaround time?
Once you're on the waitlist, you probably have about 1 to 2 months of waiting. But once I have received payment from you, it should be quicker. My TOS has a range of 8-12 weeks but I usually finish in 1-3.
Can I pick some things out for my skeb/surprise commissions?
Within reason, yes. A clothing idea, a vibe. A simple prompt. No pose references are allowed for skebs; a pose requirement will immediately be considered a regular commission.
Do you change hairstyles for OC's?
Not without permission or approval, which means it will not happen in a skeb commission unless I am very familiar with your character and your specific tastes. My greatest goal is to ensure pieces are to your liking, and so a lot of the time for skebs I will not make bigger changes.
Does a skeb's simple background differ from a full render's background?
Yes. Skebs have a simpler background with less elements.
Do you offer lessons/mentorship/classes?
No, I do not.
Do you do art trades or collabs?
I do, but not often and I usually do it with friends or people that have been vetted.
Can I commission you to make an OC or character from scratch?
Yes! Cooper Howard was made from scratch. It will cost more, but creating a character from 2D images or simple prompts and references is possible! I will not know for sure how much it will cost until the end, so final prices for custom work will not be fully computed until the job is done. An estimate will be given at the start and down payment required.
Can I commission you to make a custom outfits/props?
I am in theory able to, but it will cost significantly more!
I will not know for sure how much it will cost until the end, so final prices for custom work will not be fully computed until the job is done. An estimate will be given at the start and down payment required. I recommend seeking out a modder for this commission type!
Can you make mods?
I can make the outfits, poses, or character edits needed for mods. However, I do not have experience in the programming side of mods. Head and body presets are not something I have yet done, but it is essentially the same as sculpting which I have a lot of experience with. However, I would highly recommend seeking out a modder for these types of requests.
